Going off of the official relocation data (where I got this chart from), and given what a mess Myanmar was BEFORE then, it's still a pretty successful chart. The elected 1948 chart with Jupiter rising and Mars culminating seems like a good fit. The election for the 05 capital move probably didn't factor in Neptune, which completes a nasty-looking fixed grand cross, an apt configuration for a regime apparently intent on crucifying the people. And Neptune in Aquarius doesn't seem to be a favorable era for democracy, does it?
